Assistant Chef Victor is an assistant chef that works for Lord Beetlestone, and is found below Scaver Plateau with a Pack Bull, to the east of Altar Brook Trading Post. He is in search of skale eggs for his master, and when enough skale eggs have been collected for him, he will become a merchant for a short period of time.
