The Guild Wars 2 Art Show is a livestream where ArenaNet Creative Partners show their latest Guild Wars 2-inspired work, discuss art techniques, and hang out in chat. The livestream is always announced on the official page with a blog post and happens on Twitch.
It also often contains a giveaway for items like 
Ascended Aurene Clothing Outfit or the 
Community Chest.
