Arena Upgrades Panel

Arena Proprietors run and maintain the Guild Arena. Castor Shoutsman, the proprietor in the guild hall, is a member of the Guild Initiative who give access to the Treasury and guild upgrades. Castor appears after completion of the Arena Restoration 1 upgrade. Both the Heart of Thorns expansion and Guild permissions are required to use the upgrade services, but not the treasury.
