The Ancient Coffer is a box resting on the seafloor within the Plaza of Lost Wisdom. The Durmand Priory is scouring the area for something to help combat the Risen, and Explorer Rokk and Scholar Rolla believe this may contain what they are looking for. They are able to access the box following 
Defeat Risen guarding the Plaza of Lost Wisdom ruins (73).
