Starting from 
Alliance Staging Ground Waypoint — , head north until you reach Valravn's Vigil . From there, move slightly east and descend to ground level. You should find a cave entrance leading further north. Once inside Hidden Sacrarium, head east, and you’ll find the mastery point near ground level.
