Notes

Champion Toxic Wurm Queen only drops it when it's the sole objective of an event. The event alongside the toxic alchemist will not drop this item.
Almost any Wurm will drop the Tasty Wurm Segment. There is a concentration of them in Freewain Pastures in Diessa Plateau. The strip between the Charradis Estate Waypoint — and Butcher's Block Waypoint — Contain many low level Wurms that are easy to kill.
In Queensdale the fields east of Orchard Waypoint — are infested with level 3 Plains Wurm Hatchlings.
Also in Queensdale, near Vale Waypoint — across the river the terraced fields also have level 9 Plains Wurm Hatchlings.
Level 11 Ice Wurm Hatchlings are found west and southwest of Kevach's Homestead — in Wayfarer Foothills, including inside the cave around the Aging Ale Barrels hero challenge. There's also a nearby event chain Join Osborn as he hunts a giant frost wurm (12).
