    • Kill the Diseased Grub that spawns — 7.5% heart progress
  • Use Spread Pollen near withered plants — 3.75% heart progress per small plant (they are in groups of 3 or 4) and 7.5% heart progress per tree

• Alternatively, it's possible to complete this Heart without transformation into Mossheart, only by destroying the Choking Vines and killing the Jungle Grubs in the area (other actions will not be possible). However, this will require some time.
