Lutgardis Plaza Waypoint — , head south. Look for a rounded garden area in an upper level on your right.
An alternative way to the Mastery Point is start in Grub Lane and work your way up the buildings until you are directly East of the Mastery Point on the roof at a higher elevation than the Mastery Point roof top. Glide across the river to the Mastery Point.
