Acquisition
- Fill the empty Bottle of Fear by talking to the Sanctum Librarian in The Dark Library, which can be accessed through the portal at the end of the Tomb of Primeval Kings, in Desert Highlands.
Notes
- The librarian can be found on the ground immediately after loading into the map.
- Can access The Dark Library by having another player who has completed the Open Skies achievement in the party open the portal. Must be a party, not a squad.
