Acquisition
After acquring a Meditation Logbook, go to the southeast corner of 
Stoneyard Rest — in Elon Riverlands. On a small rock behind a waterfall, use the /sit emote. 
Meditative Rest will be applied to you, lasting 60 seconds. You will obtain the collection item once it ends.
