I will show you the darkness that swallowed Elona!

— Queen Nahlah

Queen Nahlah is one of the twin queens from the ancient Primeval Dynasty, along with her sister Queen Dahlah, that ruled Elona together. They enjoyed all the luxuries of being royalty, but when the Scarab Plague hit, they were blamed for it by their citizens. When she and her sister passed into the Mists, the long rule of the Primeval Dynasty came to an end. Joko the Lich wasted little time in disrupting the social environment to its own benefit. She is encountered during Hallowed Ground.

She sometimes pretends to be her sister and makes fun of their servants in Dahlah's name.[1]

At the Front Line
Queen Nahlah: Joko must be trembling: he keeps summoning ghost eaters to his important positions.
