Getting there
From 
Lakeside Bazaar Waypoint — , travel south to Temple of the Six. Travel south from the Temple of the Six until you reach the southeastern-most corner of the swamp. Walk up the low rocky outcrop, and then in a single bound, jump up on to the ledge with the mastery insight on it (it looks too steep, but it works).
