The Subject Preparation Vaults is an area in the Crucible of Eternity. In the southernmost room, fresh victims receive initial preparations and are transformed into monstrosities. The central chamber appears to be dedicated to containment and reprogramming. In the northern chamber, transformed subjects are moved to the cells along the walls for evaluation. An (inaccessible) observation platform sits above the corridor toward Experimental Lab Green.

- During story mode, a number of Captives are found here, which will be corrupted into the foes listed above if they are not rescued promptly.
