Two Ox Shamans, norn followers of Ox, can be found at the Frostborn Cascades, tending to and cleansing the Shrine of the Resilient Ox. They vow to cleanse Ox's shrine as many times as it's needed, knowing that only Drakkar's death will stop the corruption.
