This Maguuma Mastery Insight is normally only accessible after 
[Group Event] Defeat the Pyroclastic Jade Construct (80) has successfully completed, which causes the lava to solidify and cool such that you can stand on it while communing.
From 
Castaway Circus Waypoint — , take the thermal tube just West from it and hop off just before hitting the 3rd tube.

Notes
- To Infuse a Xunlai electrum ingot with the power of this location, players can jump into the lava if the Jade Construct has not been defeated. Players will need to be quick, and they will burn to death but they don't have to wait on the mission completion.
- You can jump in the lava against the rock to the left of the point to stand in a spot without the burn effect but still in range of the mastery point. This way you can commune while the lava is still active.
- While on the quest Old Foes, Old Ghosts, after collecting all the mursaat armor pieces, you can walk in the lava safely and commune with the mastery point.
