Getting there
From the 
Crumbling Trail Waypoint — , use the nearby Thermal Tube. From the second/connecting Thermal Tube, hold jump while in the air to start gliding, and simply glide east to the Mastery Insight.
Alternative
Run to the formation and clamber up the rocks, starting from the north side.
