- Choosing the Bloody Prince's Outfit will make the Bloody Prince's Staff Toy available for purchase from the Black Lion Exchange Specialist, Black Lion Representative (Exchange Specialist), and Black Lion Trader (Merchant) vendors. Additionally, choosing the Mad King's Outfit will allow the Scepter of Thorn to be available for purchase.
