Caching Out

Caching Out is a Sky Pirates achievement. The Aetherblades have hidden small caches of treasure within 7 mini-dungeons and jumping puzzles around Tyria and in the Mists. Aetherblade Caches are similar to chests, but also can reward Dragon Coffers. Find all the caches to complete this achievement. The caches are guarded by 2-3 Aetherblades that respawn 2 minutes after they were defeated. To get each achievement, you only need to open the cache. Killing the Aetherblades is not required.

Walkthrough

Four of the caches can be done without doing any jumping puzzles (Weeping, Troll, Cantle, and Shipshape).
Players can avoid the jumping part of Goemm's Lab by accepting a portal from a mesmer who has reached the Mad Cache.
Mystic Fountains can help players reach the Blackout Cache with as little involvement in PvP against other Worlds as possible.

1	Vexing Cache	Breaktooth's Waypoint —	This Aetherblade Cache can be found in Vexa's Lab in Fireheart Rise. Enter and begin completing the mini-dungeon as normal, passing through the Vexa's Creations, Escher (take the portal directly ahead, then go up the right-side stairs to the next portal, then up the next set of stairs to the third portal to reach the exit), and Golem Assistant rooms. Immediately following the floating hexagon platforms with the golem assistants will be the Aetherblade cache guarded by three Aetherblades. Open the cache to get the achievement. If you get in trouble, jump back down to the previous area. The Aetherblade will not chase if you run around the corner.
2	Weeping Cache	Caledon Haven Waypoint —	This Aetherblade Cache can be found in Tears of Itlaocol in Caledon Forest. Enter and complete the mini-dungeon as normal. While you'll likely need to clear the hylek on the outside to open the door, you can simply run past the Veteran hylek inside with Swiftness without fighting. Head towards the end and complete the puzzle. The Aetherblade cache will be further down the tunnel after the Grand Chest, guarded by three Aetherblades. Open the cache to get the achievement.
3	Troll Cache	Foundation 86 Waypoint —	This Aetherblade Cache can be found in Sector Zuhl in Timberline Falls, just before the Only Zuhl jumping puzzle. Head to the Foundation 86 Waypoint and go inside the cave, staying on the right wall the whole time. You'll pass from dredge to bats and grubs, and then into a Murrellow area. Continue to hug the right wall and it will curve around to the left. Climb up the rocks. At the top of the cliff will be the cache and two Aetherblades. Open the cache to get the achievement. You can use mounts to reach the cache.
4	Mad Cache	Cuatl Waypoint —	This Aetherblade Cache can be found in Goemm's Lab in Metrica Province. Enter and complete the jumping puzzle as normal. Right before the boss will be the cache and two Aetherblades. Open the cache to get the achievement.
5	Cantle Cache	(Varies based on entrance event) Criterion Waypoint — Ashen Waypoint — Oxbow Isle Waypoint — Irwin Isle Waypoint —	This Aetherblade Cache can be found in the Hidden Garden in Mount Maelstrom. Complete one of the entrance events to gain access to Diedre's Steps. You do not need to complete the jumping puzzle. The cache can be found in the southeast corner of the area on the ground floor, guarded by three Aetherblades. Open the cache to get the achievement.
6	Shipshape Cache	Arca Waypoint —	This Aetherblade Cache can be found in Fawcett's Bounty in Harathi Hinterlands. Enter and make your way through the jumping puzzle as normal, putting the boulders on the switches and always going left at intersections through the tunnels, until you reach the ship. Instead of doing the jumping puzzle to reach the ship, swim past it and go up the ramp to the exit. The cache is at the top of the ramp, just before the exit, guarded by two Aetherblades. Open the cache to get the achievement. It is possible to reach the ledge directly east of the Arca Waypoint by flying up high with a Skyscale or Springer and using Bond of Faith. You can tell the correct ledge by two pine trees growing on the cliff and a ghostly pirate in the entrance to the cave right where the cache is located.
7	Blackout Cache	Obsidian Sanctum Waypoint (Red) — Obsidian Sanctum Waypoint (Blue) — Obsidian Sanctum Waypoint (Green) —	This Aetherblade Cache can be found in Obsidian Sanctum in the Eternal Battlegrounds. Enter by going to the Eternal Battlegrounds and finding the Mystic Portal at a keep owned by your world. Complete the jumping puzzle as normal, use the Mystic Fountains as much as possible if you'd like to avoid enemies from other Worlds. The cache is located at the very end, one level down below the Enormous Mistwrought Chest (Obsidian Sanctum), guarded by three Aetherblades. Open the cache to get the achievement.
