Aurora II: Empowering is a Legendary Trinkets collection achievement to gain the Spark of Sentience, a requirement for creating Aurora. This collection is the second step in obtaining this item.

Each of the steps only requires you to activate a specific Mastery Insight with a Xunlai Electrum Ingot in your inventory. If you have not yet communed with the respective Mastery Insight, you will need to do so first.
