Acquisition

• Talk to Evon Gnashblade in Lion's Arch.

Notes

• If you have just unlocked The Dreamer III: The Lover you may need to log out and back in before the dialogue option will appear.
• Evon Gnashblade will not accept dialogue when he is roaming around. You can talk to him when he stands behind his desk in The Vaults. It may take some time until he is ready to talk when he is coming from his walk right away.
• Evon Gnashblade will not accept dialog if you have also unlocked the collection for Quip III: Chaos Gun and have not completed Prank Evon Gnashblade (throwing confetti at him) OR the collection for The Moot III: The Energizer and have not completed Dance for Evon Gnashblade. If you have these collections unlocked, you need to do these actions first, and then dialog options will be available.

Bug:

If you are crafting The Dreamer, but have not completed the entire quest chain and obtained the Mini Red Spark, Evon Gnashblade will not prompt the relevant dialogue for the legendary collection.
