• Found in the Glorious Chest after defeating the possessed statue of Dwayna at the Cathedral of Zephyrs in Malchor's Leap.
• Can also be found as a reward from either of the two temple defense events while the Pact control the temple:
  • Protect the Cathedral of Zephyrs (Risen Lieutenant).
  • Protect the Cathedral of Zephyrs (Risen Priestess of Dwayna).
