The Heart of Thorns Playable Demo was a demo story instance version of Torn from the Sky available during the Heart of Thorns beta. Player entered this instance after creating a beta character and entering Verdant Brink.
Objectives
Determine the Fate of the Pact Fleet.
- Survey the wreckage.
- Catch up with Braham.
- Choose to side with Laranthir or the disgruntled Pact soldiers.
- Optional: Get advice and additional information from the others.
- Take Laranthir to recover the captured soldiers.
- Search the nearby tunnel to pick up the captured soldiers' trail.
- Climb the stairs and search the area above.
- Defeat the prison guards.
- Return to the Pact survivor's makeshift camp.
- Survive until dawn in: 4:00
- Defeat the Mordrem champion.
- Talk to Rytlock.
