Notes

• This event can only be started after the Pact has captured all four forts in the region; Red Rock Bastion, Indigo Caves, Blue Oasis, and Amber Sandfall.
• Once all four forts have been captured, the requisitioner takes 1 minute and 15 seconds to spawn.
• It cannot start more than once during the same Foothold meta event.
• Service stations and NPCs last for 1 hour.
• This event was added to the game with the November 4, 2014 update, as part of the Echoes of the Past release.
• Options for a guild bank, guild commendation trader, and crafting services were added with the November 18th, 2014 update, as part of the Tangled Paths release.
• Options for Mystic Forge access, cultural equipment vendors, and additional guild services were added with the December 2nd, 2014 update, as part of the Seeds of Truth release.
• Options for all guild related options were removed after the release of Heart of Thorns and were replaced with options for a dungeon merchant or a Black Lion Weapons Specialist instead.
