Orphaned files

The goal of this project is to decide whether or not to keep the files listed at Special:UnusedFiles on an individual basis. Ultimately, the aim is to use everything, which involves deleting unused files, but it would be best to extract useful files before that time.
Possible reasons for orphans:
- The file has been uploaded at the wrong place and was never in use.
- The file is in use, but only as a wikilink (i.e. image appears used on Special:WhatLinksHere, but does not display as used below the file.
- The file was in use, but due to page moves, the links to the image no longer work. (Often the case for armor imagery using {{armor gallery}}.)
- The file was in use, but is no longer required.
- The file was uploaded at the right place, but is an incorrectly tagged piece of concept art. (File should be correctly tagged using {{ArenaNet image|concept art}})

To-do
- Identify what each image depicts (the "thing"). See if the depicted "thing" already has a better image/any image at all.
- If the file can be moved to a better place such that it can be used, then move it. (Suppress redirect if you can)
- If the file can be deleted, tag it for deletion or delete it.
