Notes

This effect is active on difficulty level 36 in Fractals of the Mists.
This effect drastically reduces the durations of stun, daze, crippled, immobile, blind, and fear. The duration reduction appears to be 90%, and stacks additively with duration increases. It does not affect launch, knockback, or knockdown, nor does it allow enemies to pass through a Ring of Warding or similar effects.
This effect shortens the stun caused by carrying the Cultist Hammer in Cliffside Fractal, as it is considered self-inflicted.
The section of the Volcanic Fractal where you must prevent the grawl from sacrificing captives, as well as the fight against Subject 6 in Thaumanova Reactor Fractal, are made notably more difficult by this effect.
