• Killing this creature awards the Candy-Corn Crusher achievement.
• It only spawns when a certain Mad King Door in the northwestern section of the Labyrinth is opened (see Maps).
• It's on a 26 minute respawn timer.

• Grand High Viscount of Candy Corn was first introduced with the October 15th, 2013 update, as part of the Blood and Madness release.
• It was reintroduced with the October 21st, 2014 update, as part of Halloween.
