Rage Steeltongue is an overeager Blood Legion charr. He planned to usurp Legionnaire Urvan Steelbane as the latter was reforming the warband destroyed by Duke Barradin's assault on Village of Smokestead. However, after Urvan was overthrown, Rage turned to the Flame Legion, promising assistance in weakening the Black Citadel's defenses in return for a ranking position.
Biography
Early years
Rage Steeltongue was a gladium in the fahrar, known to certain charr as the biggest bully in it, and was considered likely to be killed by his own warband by these individuals.
Personal story
In 1325 AE, Rage was recruited to Legionnaire Urvan Steelbane's Steel Warband in an attempt to rebuild it after the death of four of its members in the attack on Village of Smokestead. When two of his surviving warbandmates returned to the canton, Rage attacked them on Urvan's orders along with another recruit to the warband, Cerosi Breaksteel. After the two were defeated, Urvan accused one of the surviving warband members of attacking their warbandmates and sentenced them and their sparring partner to cub duty: guarding supplies.
Rage remained at the canton, however, where he stayed until his surviving warbandmate and their sparring partner returned to accuse Urvan of conspiring with the Flame Legion. There was then an arena battle which he witnessed involving the death or demotion of Urvan. Rage then left the warband at the new legionnaire's orders and joined the Flame Legion.
After joining the Flame Legion, Rage prepared for their attack on the Black Citadel by applying bombs to cows, helping to set up traps summoning fire creatures, and disarming soldiers. During this battle, he was killed along with a strong Flame Legion shaman.
