• Agreeing to protect Priory Explorers or Priory Scholars at Mangonel Bivouac while they search for artifacts — ?% heart progress
• Revive fallen allies — 5% heart progress

Bug:

Killing Ice Elementals using the grenade kit sometimes doesn't register as heart progress. It is more reliable to kill other creatures nearby.

• The grenade weapon is not removed when getting far away from Tactician Lyan, when mounting or dismounting, when using a waypoint inside Fireheart Rise, nor when the renown heart is complete.
