It is the only skill when equipping a Jar of Harpy Pheromones.

Effect

• On allies, it causes Buff - Harpy Love, which will show floating hearts above the character's head.
• On foes, it will summon birds that attack once per second for 5 seconds, similarly to Hunter's Call. Deals reasonably good damage.
