Defend the tank as the Pact team secures the area is a level 75 event that takes place in Sentry Steppes. Completing this event successfully will cause the nearby Sentry Waypoint to become uncontested. The event lasts 7 minutes, repeats 15 minutes after it ends successfully, and 10 minutes after it fails.

- Agent Calizto: Keep it up! They'll never take this ground from us, not with our tank.
- Event success
- Mechanic Scrapfinder: That's right, you're no match for my tank and the power of the Pact!
- Agent Calizto: Run, you corrupted filth! If we can hold this point, we can cover our troops moving through.
- Mechanic Scrapfinder: The tank still needs some repairs, but it should be ready soon.
- Mechanic Scrapfinder: They'll never be able to stop us as long as she stays running. I love my job!
- Event failure
- Agent Calizto: This really singes my fur. Get out of here to safety while you still can!
Notes
- Always keep an eye on the tank. Do not fight very near it to avoid it getting damaged with AoE damage. Face the tank when fighting Risen Corrupters or others who use piercing ranged attacks.
- Mechanic Scrapfinder can repair the tank to full health although it is not certain under what conditions.
