Note the red tree is in the grotto and not the red tree above ground.

Watch out for Inquest scouts. Interacting with the Arcane Spell Rune in the Orb Cavern grotto underwater to the south of  Inquest Supply Cavern — . Continue underwater through the roots after the Mastery Insight.

The Hullgardeners say she usually hangs out near the Glimmering Arches. Interacting with the Gold Ceremonial Platter southeast of  Luminous Glade — glimmering arches, on the beach next to Castaway Sharpclaw and Sally.

Interacting with the Ineffable Spell Rune west of  Sparkling Sanctum — on a ledge you can reach by doing the Meandering Magic jumping puzzle or you can fly from  Hunter's Camp Waypoint — , northeast, towards  Sparkling Sanctum — , you will be able to glide from your mount when you are dismounted due to the jumping puzzle area of effect. You do not need to complete the jumping puzzle to get the item.
