Outreach 2: Connect with the wayward wisp atop the vines between the Nexus of Moonlight and the Grand Athenaeum. Outreach 3: Connect with the wayward wisp overlooking the waterfalls on the eastern edge of the Valley of Agony. Outreach 4: Connect with the wayward wisp atop the ruins in the Golden Lake.
