Prerequisite: The War Council Rewards: Tier 1:   Banner of the Bastion of the Obscure Objectives: 3 objectives in total Eliminate Eparch's spies in Nayos. Speak with Helod and help him recover a family heirloom. Speak with Shiko and recover the weapon of his fallen squadmate.	Completed 3 Tasks	3
