First destroy the Unstable Magic rifts in the air with   Fireball, which will scatter light blue orbs on the sky. Gather these in order to get participation credit for the event.

Balkor: All right, everyone, listen up. Because I'm only gonna say this once.

Balkor: There's a lot of unstable magic around here, and if it doesn't get cleaned up, this whole area is toast.

Balkor: Those skyscales love loose magic like this. They don't love me, though, so you'll have to handle it on your own.
