Order of Whispers Tazer Glove
Found in the Bloodtide Coast, by examining the Destroyed Containment Cell next to 
Creator Zee on Stormbluff Isle. It is used to quickly destroy an underwater Inquest Containment Cell.
To use it, activate a Containment Cell normally and select the appropriate option from the dialogue. Each glove being usable only once, you can return to get another one.
