Heaven's Palm is a skill performed by The Enforcer during the challenge mode of Kaineng Overlook strike mission.

Notes

• The Enforcer does not move while channeling this skill and targets all players.
• This attack can be blocked or evaded.
• This skill applies the  Extreme Vulnerability effect for 1 second upon hit. Players with this effect will be immediately downed if hit by multiple attacks.
• The area of effect is much larger.
