Walkthrough
Waves of skritt will rush the gate from the south, out of Sunshade Caves. Most of them are only there to attack Parnna and the players. Skritt Foragers, marked by , will rush the gate and attack it, trying to steal pieces. If they successfully hit it a few times, they will pick up a piece and try to run off with it, damaging the gate's health bar in the process. Killing them will make them drop a Gate Piece, which players can then pick up and return to Parnna, repairing the gate's health bar.

Dialogue
- Prior to starting the event
- Parnna: Stand back and watch me get this gate up and running.
- During the event
- Parnna: We're almost there. Years of toil have brought me to this moment. Don't you dare let anything muck it up. (Repeats throughout the event)
- Upon success
- Parnna: Well done. If they think at all, the skritt will think twice before bothering me again.
- Parnna: Splendid! Now you'll see what a fully operational gate mechanism looks like.
- Upon failure
- Parnna: Now we have to start over. At this rate we'll never get this gate operational.
- Parnna: Find the skritt thieves, give them what-for, and bring back my stolen gate parts.
