Guard Muldoon: Okay, let's get a move on.
Guard Muldoon: This is Nightguard Beach, the best kept secret in the Hinterlands. The Seraph stage many operations from here.
Guard Muldoon: It used to be just military. But with no sign of the war ending, it has also become a home to refugees.
Guard Muldoon: With this many people, it's only a matter of time before the centaurs or the bandits find out about us.
During event
Guard Muldoon: It'll be nice to have company on my beat for a change. Stay close, and we'll make the rounds.

Approaching the Troubled Seraph, near the waypoint
Troubled Seraph: This is a military base. These refugees shouldn't be here.
Troubled Seraph: You're a fool. We're here to protect and serve. They have nowhere else to go.
Troubled Seraph: A fool, am I? I'll tell you what I am; tired of your mouth.
Troubled Seraph: Oh, yeah? Then why don't you do something about it?
Guard Muldoon: This is getting out of hand. We have to stop them!
After defeating the first Troubled Seraph
Seraph Soldier: Ease up. I won't cause any more trouble.
After defeating the second Troubled Seraph
Seraph Soldier: Ow! Ow! Ow! Sheez, just let me go.

Guard Muldoon: Hard to keep everyone in line these days.
Guard Muldoon: Can't really blame them, though. They're soldiers, first and foremost.
In the cave to the west of the beach
Guard Muldoon: Shhh. Sounds like movement up ahead.
Bandit Scout: It has to be hear somewhere. Earlier, I saw a few refugees heading this way.
Bandit Scout: I'd like to see it with my own eyes before we tell the rest of the gang.
Guard Muldoon: We can't let them find Nightguard. Take them down!
After defeating the bandits
Guard Muldoon: That was close. Those bandits are growing bolder each day.
Upon returning to the beach
Guard Muldoon: Almost there. We've had reports of a spider infestation lately, and I want to check it out.
Upon reaching the end of the route
Guard Muldoon: I don't see anything except for old cobwebs. Let's head on back.
After the spiders spawn
Guard Muldoon: Clever girl.
Upon defeating the spiders
Guard Muldoon: They're smarter than they appear. They almost had me that time.
