December 01, 2021	Fixed a bug that caused this trait to retain some old functionality and not apply alacrity appropriately. Updated tooltips for Flowing Resolve and Restorative Virtues to display current functionality.
November 30, 2021	Restorative Virtues was available during the End of Dragons Beta Event 4. This trait has been reworked and will now reduce the cooldown of all Guardian weapon skills by 1/4 second when a virtue's effect triggers, with no internal cooldown. Additionally, activating Flowing Resolve will grant the Willbender 2 seconds of Alacrity.
