Flame Legion Camp within Grothmar Valley includes a short jumping puzzle. To start the puzzle, one needs to speak with the Flame Legion Smoke Shaman near the Eternal Flame brazier.

This jumping puzzle is fairly short and straightforward. However, there is an achievement for completing it without healing:

• Prologue: Bound by Blood: Hot Feet — Complete the Flame Legion jumping puzzle without healing. (3)

This achievement can be obtained using speed alone. However, any source of direct healing will disqualify you, including class mechanics and utilities. Notably,  Regeneration does not count as healing, so you can use utility skills as long as they do not involve a direct healing component.

 Swiftness might also help you, but be careful not to jump too far with it.

Alternative methods

• An easy way to complete this achievement is to go to the end chest, atop a rock formation near the Eternal Cauldron, dropping any type of portal there, then talking to the Flame Legion Smoke Shaman. Once the effect has been triggered, simply use the portal to teleport back up to the chest.
• You can also use the Skyscale Combat Launch to cheese the puzzle.

Notes

• Starting the jumping puzzle resets any marks set by   Mark Location, preventing use of the Prototype Position Rewinder to skip ahead with pre-set marks.
