Use Soul BinderAttach a tether to floating Branded rocks or fast-moving creatures.

Use Soul Binder is a special action skill available during specific events in Dragonfall. It appears when a player character is near a Branded Debris, fast-moving Branded, or Crystal Pylon while mounted.
It is used to deactivate Branded Debris and Crystal Pylons, as well as snare fast-moving Branded.
Events
[Group Event] Use Soul Binders to catch and kill fast-moving Branded enemies (80)
[Group Event] Mount up to test Soul Binders on floating Branded debris (80)
[Group Event] Engage Kralkatorrik (80)
