The Mad King's Raceway is an area within the Mad King's Realm that can only be accessed during Halloween. The map primarily features three mount races, and its layout is used in Reaper's Rumble.
Getting there
Talking to a Lunatic Boatmaster will give you the option to travel to the raceway.
