Conjured Shield is an effect applied during the encounter with Conjured Amalgamate in the Mythwright Gambit raid. It indicates collected charges for the Conjured Protection special action skill, gained by walking over a defeated Conjured Shield or collecting a Shield orb while the Conjured Amalgamate is charging its Junk Wall attack.
