Walkthrough
Talk to 
Alaw [Race Organizer] in the starting area just outside 
Tunnel Access Delta — to sign up for the skimmer race or participate in an ongoing one. The course is a circuit that circles the Western Complex and cuts through the ground level of Rata Primus. Much of the race is over water, so the skimmer is the best choice. The skimmer is given the special action skill Geyser Boost, that allows for boosting much higher into the air than the 
Ride the Wind mastery height. At several spots throughout the race, reaching the gates will require using Geyser Boost. Look out for the leaping sharks and the sand whirlwinds on the beaches.
