Siren's Landing Insight: Dwayna's Tears is a mastery insight perched high on a cliff on the western side of Dwayna's Reliquary.
Location
Getting there
Start from the platform leading from Grenth's Reliquary to Dwayna's Reliquary. Jump on the nearby updraft to start gliding; find higher updrafts in order to reach the highest ledge. Do note that some updrafts may disappear. After you've found the highest updraft, glide straight towards the insight, located on the highest ledge of the area.
Alternative
Kill a Ley-Line Scavenger and harvest its organ. Use updrafts to reach the wooden pipe sticking out of the cliff southeast and above Wyvern's Den. (Be careful to avoid any floating Artifacts of Dwayna, as they will replace the ley organ skills.) From the pipe, use Ley-Line Leap to reach the top of the cliff.
