Getting there
From the 
Heathen's Hold Waypoint — , use the thermal tube to the south of the waypoint. This will propel you north and then west via a bouncing mushroom and a second thermal tube. Head northwest along the ledge. From here:
With Oakheart's Reach
Pick up the nearby Oakheart's Essence, and grapple your way to the next Oakheart's Essence above the Iota Vault golem. Follow the ledge to the around to the left (jumping or grappling over the obstacles) until you see a wide updraft. Glide into it, and then finally glide down and interact with the insight.
With Springer
Glide south-west towards Sandstone Archway. Use the bouncing mushrooms or your Springer to climb the archway and then the cliff to the north. From here, you can see the mastery insight just above you on a ledge to the east. Use your Springer to jump up to the ledge, but be prepared to glide the last little distance since you will be jumping into a no-mount zone.
