Polished Aurillium is an effect applied after using the Polished Aurillium item. It allows capture of the tormented energies within the Twisted Castle during the Traverse the Twisted Castle event. While the effect is active, the player must have ~18 stacks of 
Madness before it will turn the Polished Aurillium into Tormented Aurillium.

Tormented Aurillium — Trade with Scavenger Rakatin in Auric Basin to acquire a piece of Polished Aurillium and use it to capture the tormented energies of the Twisted Castle.
