Getting there

Starting from the  Mellaggan's Valor Waypoint — , head to the bouncing mushroom on the northwest tip of the local area. Using the mushroom moves you up to Uprooted Paradise.

The strongbox is located on a raised platform in the southwest of the island, between where you landed and the vista. Use another bouncing mushroom to reach the platform. A solitary frog guards the strongbox. Alternatively, mount your springer after using the first bouncing mushroom to reach the mastery in two simple leaps.
