The Vizier's Alter[sic] is found at the end of the Vizier's Tower jumping puzzle in Shark's Teeth Archipelago in Straits of Devastation. Players can take a sample to obtain Orrian Building Materials for the Incinerator I: The Experimental Dagger collection.
