Acquisition

• Speak to Shining Blade Officer Ralan while having Encoded Orders in your inventory. You will be randomly assigned a bounty and receive the respective bounty notice.

Notes

• This bounty calls for the player to eliminate Champion Ruye the Crimson.
• If your inventory is full when you kill Ruye the Crimson, you will not earn the bounty.
• When the Champion is defeated, the bounty notice is turned into a Completed Shining Blade Bounty Notice which is worth 25s when sold.
• If you have multiple bounty notices, only one will be changed for the completed version once you kill the champion.
